Northwest STEM Forum Announcement

The Northwest Pennsylvania STEM Network was formally established in April of 2008.  The twelve-county region convenes educators, workforce/economic development organizations, businesses and government with a common interest in addressing the need for an increased focus on education and training opportunities in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering and math. The Northwest PA STEM Network has partnered with local Intermediate Units, Regional Career Education Partnerships, Industry Partnerships and other STEM-focused programs.

Individuals in Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties are convened in the region to collaborate and share programs that will expand options for students to acquire STEM literacy to prepare them for high-demand, high-skill, high-wage careers.
